Yes. Kaiser Software handles the setup and configuration included in your product internally. We agree on the required details with you in a Discord ticket.
Yes. We discuss custom features, modifications and fully bespoke systems on Discord. Additional work is agreed separately.

Buy the appropriate hosting package and open a Discord ticket with your Invoice ID and payment confirmation. After verification, our team provides the activation or renewal key, which you redeem using our Discord commands.
Hosting for our own products costs €5 per month, with the first month free for new customers. Hosting third-party bots costs €5 and third-party websites €10 per month. The free first month applies only to our own products.
Before buying, contact us on Discord to check whether your software and its resource requirements fit our hosting. Modifications and debugging of third-party software are not automatically included.
