Hosting
Hosting for our own products: €5.00 per month. New customers receive the first month from provisioning free. Buy a hosting key package in the SellAuth shop and provide your Invoice ID and payment confirmation in a Discord ticket. After verification, you receive the activation or renewal key for redemption using /redeem with the Kaiser Redeem Bot. Access to the hosted instance is included; source code is not. The hosting key is assigned to the product by agreement in a Discord ticket before purchase.
Turnaround time
1–3 weeks. Work starts after payment, receipt of complete project details and confirmation of project start. Full order slots add waiting time; the start date is confirmed with the order.
Handover and support
New features and additional changes are agreed separately. We help resolve errors in the agreed, supplied functionality. Extensions and requested feature changes are quoted separately. No guaranteed round-the-clock response time.
Requirements
One package covers one organisation or one Discord server. Module availability and system compatibility are checked before commissioning. The customer supplies logos, copy and the necessary usage rights. Credentials must only be shared through the agreed secure handover method.
Possible existing modules include staff management, absences, applications, reports and business orders. We confirm the compatible selection for your panel before purchase in a Discord ticket.
